Maintain lawns, trim edges, plant flowers and shrubs, and keep flowerbeds weed-free.
Spruce up the house.
Wash windows Paint eaves troughs and trim Keep yard litter and leaf-free. Keep it uncluttered.
Let the inside shine!
Keep the house tidy to make it look more spacious. Clean carpets Wash light fixtures, ceilings and walls (especially if you have pets). Get a fresh paint job. Store any seasonal items or extra toys.
Focus on the bathroom and kitchen.
(Buyers, especially women, look at the bathroom and the kitchen closely).
Fix up grout or caulking Paint cupboards re-tile floors, counters, and walls in the kitchen. Hang up some good towels.
Before the Showing…

- Keep the home vacant
- Bake a loaf of bread or a cake, light candles, or dab vanilla extract on light fixtures to create a pleasant scent in your home. (Most buyers only take three minutes to look at a home. Make a good first impression and your odds for a sale improve dramatically)
